Planner/Scheduler are;

data from a variety of sources.

Prints progress reports for
programs that detail actual and projected cost and schedule performance,
resource requirements and earned value.

Assists in the development of
corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower
adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.

Creating and maintaining regular
project status reports, baseline creation and maintenance, and metrics
analysis/reporting.

Developing the Work Breakdown
Structure (WBS), activity coding and resource definitions.
·
Loading resources, costs, and/or
budgets and track schedule.
·
Identifying project schedule
trends and perform analysis to mitigate delays and problems.

Experience with cost and
resource loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduled on large scale
construction Projects utilizing Primavera P6 scheduling software.

of Metro Bus elevated bridge, Lahore
Albayrak
Construction (Pakistan Branch), a part of the Albayrak Group of Turkey, was
involved in the construction of about 2.1 km of the elevated portion from
Qaddafi Stadium to Ichra on the Ferozepur Road. The construction work
comprised installation of almost 216 Nos. cast-in-situ 2.0 meter and 1.2 m
diameter and up to 53 meters deep piles. The elevated portion was supported
on a total of 61 Nos. large size piers. Piers were located 31 meters, which
was bridged by pre-stressed precast concrete girders, each weighing up to
50 tons. The deck slab which accommodates the bus track is 10 meters wide,
and comprised of asphaltic concrete laid over concrete slab. There are two
bus stations in the portion constructed by Albayrak Construction.
The work
was completed at a cost of Rs. 2.2 billion. ($220 millions)

Channels for Jinnah Hydropower. A Project of 4,000,000m3 Excavation, Filling and back filling 1,000,000
m3 ,220,000 m3Concreting and 15,000 tons reinforcement. Main
